Founded in the spring of 2003, VBsemi is a national high-tech enterprise integrating MOSFET wafer development design, packaging testing, sales services, and technical support. VBsemi's R&D headquarters is located in Taiwan, serving terminal manufacturers in the mid-to-high-end market, dedicated to providing your company with high-quality MOS field-effect transistors.

VBsemi focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of MOSFETs. The company initially focused on planar and trench process MOSFETs, later shifting to the development of multi-layer epitaxial super junction MOSFETs.
