VBM1303 adopts single N structure design and has the following characteristics:
- High voltage withstand capability: VDS is 30V, suitable for applications that need to withstand higher voltages.
- Wide input voltage range: VGS ±20V, able to cope with various input voltage conditions.
- Gate threshold voltage: Vth is 1.7V, which helps reduce power consumption and improve efficiency.
- Low on-resistance: Under different VGS, RDS(on) is 4mΩ (VGS=4.5V) and 3mΩ (VGS=10V) respectively, ensuring low power loss and high performance.
- High load current: ID is 120A, suitable for scenarios with high power requirements.
- Using Trench technology, it has good performance stability and reliability.
- The package is TO220, suitable for use under certain power and environmental conditions.
