The VBGM1803 is a single N-type field effect transistor with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 80V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of 20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3.5V. At the gate -With a source voltage of 10V, it has an on-resistance of 2.9mΩ and a maximum drain current (ID) of 180A. It is manufactured using SGT technology and is packaged in TO220.
