The VBE1206 is a single N-channel field effect transistor with a nominal drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V, a nominal gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage of 0.5~1.5V ( Vth). When VGS=2.5V, its on-resistance (RDS(on)) is 6mΩ, and when VGS=4.5V it is 5mΩ. The device has a maximum drain current (ID) of up to 100A, uses Trench technology (trench structure), and is packaged in TO252. The device is suitable for power management and power control systems requiring high power output and stable performance.
